A few Reminders 

At Get Lit, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable Christmas experience, one that will keep them coming back to us time and time again. That’s why we believe that our policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find our policies. Custom Lights​

* All of our products are covered with a 3 year warranty. Warranty is voided if we are not installing and removing lights after purchase. Removal fees are separate from install.

* Repairs and maintenance are included for our products only.

*Please allow up to 48 hours for service calls.
* Additional fees may apply to repair any damage that isn't caused by normal wear and tear. 
* Please give 48 hours for cancellations or fees may apply.
* Deposit required on all new custom installs at the time of booking. 

 

Pre-owned Lights

* If we are applying your preowned lights it is your responsibility to make sure you have the correct products and that all products are working. Any removals or adjusting or delays may result in additional fees.

*Please make sure you have enough clips for the job or you can purchase them through us but please let us know prior to the appt.

Additional Info

*We do not install glass bulbs. 

*Please allow up to 72 hours for estimates. 

*Referral Fees will be paid out after the referral job is completed.
